Return Process (For eligible orders)
Read the return policy in this page. Please make sure that your item is eligible for a return.
Write down your order number on a piece of paper and include it inside the package. Then pack the item(s) securely, and ship it to:

We receive your return and inspect the item. If returned item(s) are intact, we will issue you a refund.

Terms of Returns and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Item Never Received (Lost Shipment)
If you have not received your item(s) and the tracking has no indication of delivery after the estimated delivery date, please contact us so can resolve the issue quickly. In most cases, we issue you a full refund.
If the tracking indicates that it was delivered, but you have received your item(s), then you need to contact your local carrier for more assistance.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Wrong/Defective Item(s) Sent
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or missing item(s).
If we have sent you wrong item(s), we will be responsible for shipping costs, return costs and other applicable costs.
If you need a replacement for the same item, please let us know in the first place, so we can ship you a replacement instead of issuing a refund.

Customers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have paid for shipping during the checkout, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
